Founded in 2020, Gregory Hills FC is a community football club built on player development and coaching development.
GHFC has grown from junior teams to include youth and adult squads, MSAP, MYL and M-League teams. We believe in creating a supportive, family-oriented environment where players can grow, learn and achieve their best both on and off the field.

The vision is the destination. The philosophy is how the club gets there and what it believes along the way.

Coaches First
Equip coaches with the knowledge, skills and tools to develop players technically, physically, mentally and tactically. Better coaches make better players.

Depth Over Numbers
Fewer registrations, deliberately, so teams receive genuine focus rather than simply taking anyone and everyone. We would rather develop players and do it well.

Pathways Out
Build relationships with JDL and NPL clubs so players can move forward when opportunities arise. That is what a community club owes its players.

Fun and the Ball
From five to thirteen, football should be about time on the ball, games and enjoyment. The scoreboard arrives later, so the fun stays deliberately. That is how we keep players in the game.

A Mentality That Aims to Win
Not simply a “winning mentality”. We aim to win, understand and accept losses, and learn from them. After every result, players and coaches look at how we improve.
