The MFA is looking forward to finally kicking off the Community Football Season this weekend.
Round 3 matches will commence from Friday 22 April and will continue throughout the weekend.
Whilst we have enjoyed some sunshine recently, some grounds are still not available for play. Grounds that remain closed include:
• Gordon Lewis Oval, Home of Appin United
• Riley Park, home of the Campbelltown Cobras
• Eschol Park Sports Complex (mini fields only), Home of Eschol
Park Wolves FC
• Jackson Park, home of Ruse Football Club
• Sarah Redfern Playing fields, Home of Minto District SC
All matches originally scheduled at these venues have been moved. We kindly advise participants check the fixture on our website or via the Game Day app.
Rain is forecast to return over the next few days, which may effect some grounds over the weekend. The MFA will keep the Football Family notified of changes via our Facebook page.
Finally, the MFA is working to reschedule Rounds 1 & 2 matches and will provide an update shortly.
